Finish being rolled onto a sanded oak floor in a great room

About JP Southern Flooring in Lula, GA

A North Georgia flooring company run by Jonathan Perdomo, who still does the work.

Jonathan Perdomo

A hardwood specialist with a small crew.

JP Southern Flooring is Jonathan Perdomo's company. He calls himself a hardwood flooring specialist, and the work backs it up: sanding and refinishing old floors, installing hardwood, vinyl plank and laminate, and building out stairs.

The company is licensed and insured and takes on both homes and commercial spaces from Lula across North Georgia. Jobs run with Jonathan on site, so the person who quoted the floor is the one making it right.

Estimates are free. Jonathan brings samples, explains the difference between the options, and helps you choose the floor that fits the room and the budget.
